BELLEFONTAINE - Funeral services were held Saturday at the Kennedy funeral home here for David Kelly Blue, 80, retired Champaign and Logan County farmer who died Wednesday evening in Champaign County Hospital, Urbana. Burial was in Huntsville Cemetery.
He was born Sept. 16, 1868, in Concord Township, Champaign County, a son of William and Joyce Kelly Blue. He was twice married, first to Amanda McIntire, who died 35 years ago, and later to Laura Yeazel, who preceded him in death in September, 1940. Surviving are a son, Alva Blue, DeGraff, Route 1, by the first marriage; a daughter, Mrs. Elwin Napier of Dayton, and a son, Lester David Blue, of Urbana, by the second marriage.
