Parish Registers do not exist at St. Paternus, South Petherwin, before 1656. The children of the imprisoned Sir John Eliot often stayed at Trebursey, the house of their grandfather (Richard Gedy). Presumably, young Radigund was buried at St. Paternus, as it is the obvious burial place of the Gedy family. It is known that Richard Gedy was buried (also presumably at South Petherwin) beside his parents and some of his children, so it is likely that his young granddaughter was buried there as well.
