Born in New York City, a daughter of the late William and Lizzie (Weisuback) Jordy, she had lived in Warwick for 70 years.
Mrs. Kershaw had worked as an office clerk at J.C. Penny before she was married.
She leaves a son, Kenneth R. Kershaw of Warwick; a daughter, Joan Pierce of Rumford; and five grandchildren and nine great- grandchildren. She was the mother of the late Donald Kershaw, and sister of the late Margaret McKinley and George Jordy.
