Born January 6, 1935, in Wolcott, to the late Kernie Easterday and Patricia Allie Easterday Owen, he was raised by his maternal grandparents, Bascom and Lillian Allie.
He was a staff sergeant in the Army, where he served as a heavy equipment operator until his discharge in 1957.
His marriage was to Sharon Walters Tatman on January 2, 1983 in Wolcott and she survives.
Mr. Allie worked throughout his life as a heavy equipment operator for various employers. He was a member of the Wolcott American Legion. He enjoyed woodworking and country music.
Surviving with his wife are five daughters, Debbie Myers of Antigo, WI, Jenny (William) Zarse of Logansport, Jackie Martin of Fort Wayne, Donna (Brad)Davis of Chalmers, and Margie Jones of Monongaleha, PA; and two sisters, Irene Oberlander of Wolcott and Rosemary Young of Brookston.
Also surviving are 9 grandchildren and 1 great-granddaughter. Preceding him in death are a brother and five sisters.
