PHEBE CLINTON , 100, of Memphis, homemaker, died of heart failure Thursday at Heartland of Memphis. Graveside services will be at 11 a.m. Monday in Memorial Park. Family Funeral Care-Summer Avenue Chapel has charge. She was a primary Sunday school teacher and member of Women of the Church at Idlewild Presbyterian Church. Mrs. Clinton , the widow of Richard B. Clinton , leaves a sister, Fern Hampton of Kentucky. The family requests that memorials be sent to Idlewild Presbyterian Church or Metropolitan Inter-Faith Association (MIFA).
