Bart, a resident of Pampanga, Philippines, formerly of Lewisburg, was a 1986 graduate of MCHS.
Immediately after graduation, he joined the United States Air Force, serving 4 years. After 9/11 he was compelled to once again serve his country, this time with the United States Army.
He is survived by his fiancée, Cathrine Acosta Ballesteros, of Pampanga; his Mother, Mary Lou Cathey (Roy) Warren; sister, Elaine Allen (Lyn) Cost; nieces and nephew, all of Alabama; as well as a son, Robert (Dakota) Allen and granddaughter, Briley, of Lewisburg.
He was preceded in death by his father, Dan Allen.
In compliance with his wishes, he was interred at Clark Veterans Cemetery in Pampanga, with military honors, on Feb. 20, 2019.
A gathering of friends and family will take place on Sunday, March 10, 2019, between 1:30-4:00 in Lewisburg, at the First Presbyterian Church's McMillion-Lawrie Building. Please come share your stories, memories, and pictures. Refreshments will be served.
