Mrs. Puckett, the wife of a farmer, had made her home in the same rural community since she was a girl. She was a member of the New Hope Baptist Church.
Funeral services will be conducted this afternoon at 3 o'clock at the New Hope Baptist Church with the Rev. Ernest Craft officiating. Burial will be in New Hope Cemetery.
Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Annie Hollis and Mrs. Josie Knight, both of Joelton; and three sons, Giles, George and Luke Puckett, also of Joelton.
