Joseph P. Lill, 94-year-old retired millwright and native of Belleville, died yesterday at the Washington Springs Nursing Home at Okawville. He formerly resided in St. Louis.
Mr. Lill was born here on May 7, 1860, a son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Frank Lill. His wife, the former Gertrude Berkel, died in January, 1933.
Surviving are a son:
Alfred Lill, of Brentwood, Mo., formerly sheriff of St. Louis County

Burial in the IOOF Cemetery at Oakwville. Pallbearers will be Herbert Cox, Douglas Tice, Leo H. Cohn, Leroy Kuhn, Fred Koenig and Norman Vogt.
