Margaret Ellen Hogan was one of six children of John Patrick Hogan and Lillian Elizabeth "Bessie" Tracy (daughters Betty, Ellen, Mary and sons Bob, Jack, and William). Everyone called her "Ellen." She lived most of her life in the Birmingham/Berkley, Michigan, area. Ellen was married two times: First in 1938 to Henry James "Harry" Hennessy; they had three children: Patricia Ann Hennessy, John Henry (Johnny) Hennessy, and Robert James Hennessy. Ellen later married Charles Emery Bibb in 1946, and they had four children: Charlene Elizabeth Bibb, Mary Lou Bibb, Susan Bibb, and Lori Bibb.
