She was the daughter of Homer Fisher and Dorothy (Wendel) Borger. On Apr 8, 1995, she married Roger Roth, who survives in Berne, IN.
Also surviving are two sons: Brian (Linda) Seals and Steve Seals, both Celina; two step-children: Kimberly (Jeff) McDonald and James (Ginger) Roth, both IN; a brother, Wayne Fisher, Celina; two sisters: Jane (Rob) Wendel and Rita (Rick) Woods, both Celina; and seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

A 1965 graduate of Immaculate Conception High School, she went on to work at CTS Corporation in Berne, and retired from Mersman Furniture, Celina. She was a member Pleasant Dale Church of the Brethren, Decatur, IN. She enjoyed watching the Hallmark Channel all the time, attending bible study, and spending time with her family.
Services will be at Cisco Funeral Home, Celina, with the Rev. Jay Carter officiating. Burial will be in UCC Cemetery, Rockford.
