Mr. George Edward “Pete” Moran passed away on Wednesday, February 13th , at his residence in Burns, TN with family by his side. He was 89 years of age.
Survivors include: sons Mark Moran (Ann) and Mike Moran (Becky); daughters Mae Chandler (Mike) and Jacqueline Fayette (Ronnie); grandchildren Michelle Street (Robby), Heather Miller (Scott), Samantha Albright (Todd), Chad Tidwell (Bethany), Matthew Tidwell, Kasey Cole, Katie Williams (Randel), Cassie Barrow (Danny), Carrie Myers (Cody), Jessica Alberson (Justin), and Jacob Moran (Faith); great grandchildren Luke Street, Kendall Street, Emma Street, Allen Miller, Lainey Miller, Heath Albright, Collin Tidwell, Adelyn Tidwell, Maci Albright, Case Williams, Raylie Williams, Shelby Barrow, Huck Myers, Mack Myers, Garrett Alberson, and Anna Lynn Alberson Besides his parents, Pete Moran is preceded in death by his parents, wife Mildred Moran, and brothers Earl and Truman Moran.
He was a farmer and maintenance worker for the Dickson County Board of Education before retirement.
Funeral service will be from the Chapel of Dickson Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Union Cemetery of Dickson.
