Born on March 17, 1918, she was the daughter of the John J. McVey and Marinda Rowe McVey.
Mrs. Testement was a homemaker who loved working in her flower garden and embroidery in her younger years. She loved spending time with her family.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Henderson Testement; a daughter Sandra Perez; grandson Stephen Perez; by brother Earl McVey and three sisters, Viola Placidi, Doris Reid and Helen Crews.
Those survivors left to cherish her memory include four sons, John G. Testement and wife Chung, of El Paso, TX, Chester Earl Testement and wife Ann, of Midway, Dwight Richard Testement and wife Brenda Joyce, of Oak Hill, David Allen Testement of Blue Jay; daughters, Bonnie Jean Crews of Princewick, Pauline Ann Wilson of Emporia, VA, Loretta Elaine Buzbee of Bradenton, FL, Tammy Marie Testement of Tampa, FL, and Brenda Darlene Testement of Wesley Chapel, FL; 27 grandchildren, 48 great grandchildren, 17 plus great-great grandchildren, and a sister, Betty Jean Meadows of Dudley, NC also survives.
Funeral services will be conducted at Rose and Quesenberry Peace Chapel in Beckley on Friday, February 15, 2019 at 3 PM with Rev. James Ford officiating. Burial will follow at McVey Cemetery at Sullivan, WV. Friends may visit with the family from 1 PM until 3 PM on Friday at the funeral home.
Pallbearers will be grandsons and granddaughters.
