Dorothy L. LaVoie, 70, of Main Street, Malone, died at CVPH Medical Center Monday.
She was born the daughter of Isadore and Celendia (Peryea) LaBarge. She married Ernest J. LaVoie, June 28, 1928, at St. Edmund’s Church, Ellenburg.
Besides her husband, she leaves two sons, Earl and Darrell; four daughters, Mrs. Gerald (Dawne) LaBombard of Peru, Mrs. Leif (Susan) Gritebust of Malone, Mrs. Michael (Janice) Hosler of Malone and Miss Janet LaVoie of Plattsburgh; two brothers, Roy LaBarge of Ellenburg and Marnard LaBarge of Mooers; four sisters, Mrs.Anna Bosley of Plattsburgh, Mrs. Edna Rollo and Mrs. Alden (Gladys) Paquette, of Johnson City and Mrs. Margaret LaBarge of Ellenburg; 14 grandchildren.
Funeral services: Notre Dame Church, Malone, NY
Burial: Church cemetery.
