Matsue was born June 26, 1933 on Ryukyu Island Japan.
She was united in marriage to Paul Troutt, Sr. He preceded her in death on April 11, 1992.
Survivors include: her children – Ken (Dana) Troutt, Fred (Debbie) Troutt, Margaret Lamb, Linda (Steve) Shelby, Paul (Shelley) Troutt, Jr., Marilyn Troutt, and Martin (Crystal) Troutt; 17 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren, and her brother – Hetoshi Taira of Ryukyu Island Japan.
Matsue was preceded in death by her husband – Paul Troutt, Sr., and infant son – Bobby Troutt, a daughter – Carolyn Gibbs, and 2 great grandchildren.
Matsue was a homemaker. She attended the Brookport Church of God. Matsue enjoyed writing, journaling and listening to music.
Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday afternoon, February 13, 2019, at 1 PM at the Brookport Church of God, 203 East 4th Street, Brookport, Illinois. Pastor Charles Tate will officiate. Burial will be in the Reevesville Cemetery.
Visitation will be held Wednesday from 11 AM – 1 PM at the Brookport Church of God.
