Fayette County, Tenn. - JACKY L. "Jack" LEATHERWOOD, 53, resident of the Moscow Community and truck driver for Kranischfield Trucking, died May 26, 2007. Services will be at 3 p.m. Tuesday, at the Peebles Main Funeral Chapel in Somerville with interment in the 45 Cemetery in Moscow. Visitation will be from 1-3 p.m. Tuesday at the Peebles Main Funeral Chapel. Mr. Leatherwood was a member of the 45 Baptist Church and was an avid Harley Davidson rider. Mr. Leatherwood is survived by his wife, Barbara Beegle Leatherwood; his son, Dr. Danny Leatherwood (DeeDee) of Avondale, AZ; his daughter, Lisa Stovall of Decatur, GA; seven sisters, Georgia Walls of Gainsville, GA, Bonnie Byrd of Lamar, MS, Christine Tacker of Moscow, Mary Myers of Rayford, FL, Judy Pepper of Urbana, OH, Edna Cryer of Lawrenceburg, TN and Debra Seale of Holly Springs, MS; four brothers, John Leatherwood, Bill Leatherwood, Virgil Leatherwood, all of Moscow and June Leatherwood of Somerville and five grandchildren.
