Funeral services for Mrs Francis Westcott, prominent in many lodges here, will be at 4 pm Saturday at Shriver Allison South Side Funeral Home.
Mrs Westcott died yesterday after noon at her home at 3423 Powersway after an illness of six months. She had been active at St Luke's Church Ladies Auxiliary of Eagles, B & R.T. and W. B. A. Last July, she and Mr Westcott celebrated their silver wedding anniversary. Fond of traveling, Mrs Westcott was planning a trip to the coast this summer.
Born in Defiance, Ohio, Sept 14, 1885, she came to Youngstown eight years ago from New Castle. Besides her husband, she leaves two sons, Walter H. and Edwin M. Jessel , both of New Castle; a daughter, Mrs Dan Wolf of Youngstown; five grandchildren; a sister, Mrs I C. Loschky of Youngstown and a brother, Monroe H. Kaufman of Barberton.
The family will meet friends Friday evening.
