Helen Elisabeth (Wampler) Mosier Joslin, of Tuttle, OK, passed away on Sunday, February 3, 2019 at Autumn Leaves Assisted Living in Oklahoma City, OK at the age of 99. Mrs. Joslin was born December 21, 1919 near Tuttle, Oklahoma to George and Maggie (Conley) Wampler.

Helen married Tom Mosier on September 12, 1935. She worked for Standard Cable during the war and also worked at the school cafeteria for 3 years. Tom passed away on September 15, 1965 and in that same year she began working for the Amber Post Office and became Postmaster in 1981 and retired in 1985. Helen married Earl Joslin on January 18, 1969 and he preceded her in death on December 24, 2004. She resided in Tuttle till 2016 when she moved to Oklahoma City and resided in the assisted living center till her passing.

Helen was a good seamstress and loved to crochet and embroidery and she loved to read. She enjoyed watching sports, especially baseball and basketball.

She was a member of the Fellowship Baptist Church in Blanchard, OK.

She is also preceded in death by her parents, George and Maggie Wampler; a son, Melvin Mosier and a grandson, Steven Mosier; brothers: Hart Wampler, Raymond Wampler, Lon Wampler and George Wampler; sisters: Thelma Hooker and Jean Baker.

Helen is survived by her children:

George Mosier and wife, Carol, of Oklahoma City, OK;

Roy Mosier and wife, Barbara, of Blanchard, OK;

and Linda Trust and husband, Michael Caulderan, of Tustin, CA;

Sisters: Margqueritte Novotny of Chickasha, OK; and Pauline Martin of Amber, OK;

9 grandchildren, many great grandchildren and several great-great grandchildren.
