Audrey E. Schafer, 77 of Peoria, passed away on February 3, 2019 at OSF St. Francis Medical Center in Peoria. Born November 21, 1941 in Peoria to Paul and Lillian Siens; she married Ronald Schafer on September 30, 1961 in Peoria. He survives. Also surviving are her children, Ronald (Teresa) Schafer, Jr of Lebanon, Indiana, Kimberly Schafer of Peoria, Janice Epley of Naples, FL and Jon (Sandy) Schafer of Peoria; Thirteen grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren; and sisters, Dorothy Ernst of Peoria and Ruth (Fred) Lantz of Elmwood. Preceding in death were her parents, brothers Robert, Charles and Paul; and sister, Ruby. Services will be private. Cremation has been accorded. Memorials are suggested to the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation.
