Harold E. Roberts, (80) of Ivanhoe, Texas passed away September 25, 2018 at Sam Rayburn Memorial Veterans Hospital in Bonham, Texas. He was born October 25, 1937 to Richard S. Roberts and Bernice G. Roberts in McKinney, Texas.
Harold served his country proudly in the United States Marine Corps has a gunnery sergeant. He owned and operated Roberts Flying Service in Ivanhoe.
Harold is survived by his son, Michael Roberts, Sr. and wife Sonja of Bonham, Texas; granddaughter, Misty Roberts of Bonham, Texas; grandson, Michael G. Roberts, II and wife Machal of Sherman, Texas; great-grandchildren, Summer Roberts and Casen Roberts also of Sherman, Texas.
He was preceded in death by his son, Scott E. Roberts, parents, and brothers, Richard and Bill Roberts.
A funeral service will be held at 4:00 p.m., Saturday, September 28, 2018 at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Home Chapel in Allen, Texas. Interment is to follow with military honors at Ridgeview Memorial Park in Allen, Texas. The family will receive friends during a visitation on Friday evening from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at the funeral Home
