Misty was born in Wichita on Nov. 5, 1979, the daughter of Timothy M. and Charlene (Holt) Donnelley. She was united in marriage to Mike Childs on Sept. 4, 1999 in Marion. They were able to celebrate seven years of marriage. Misty was a chiropractor assistant for Sharon Berg Chiropractic in Hillsboro. She had lived in Lehigh since 1998, living previously in Leon. She attended Haverhill Christian Church.
Survivors include: her husband, Mike of the home; parents, Tim and Connie Donnelley Sr. of Leon; siblings, Wendy Simon and her husband Stacy of Leon, CJ Higgins and his wife Tanya of Little River, Timothy Donnelley Jr. and his wife Jennifer of Wichita, Scott Higgins of Augusta, Jamie Dalrymple and Brandon Nachbor of Augusta, Casey Donnelley and his wife Stacey of Augusta; 24 nieces and nephews; mother-in-law, Loretta Kilmer and her husband Max of Lehigh; mother, Charlene Madina of Kansas City, Mo; and sister, Alicia Agee of Wichita.
Memorials in her memory are for the Via Christi Foundation of Renal Transplant, 723 N. McLean Blvd., Suite 310, Wichita, KS. Contributions may be left with Carlson Funeral Home who has the arrangements.
