Wilma Bloem Pace age 85, Passed away at her home in New Harmony, Utah. She was born April 9,1910 in Salt Lake City, Utah, to D. John Bloem and Dora Emery.
She married Leslie A Pace of June 11, 1929 in Beaver, Utah. Their marriage was solemnized in the St. George LDS Temple on Nov 30 1930. She is preceded in death by her husband and a daughter, Ardyn Pace.
Wilma was a member of the LDS Church. She served in many auxilaries for the Church. She was a business manager of Iron County Hospital and Valley View Hospital. Wilma hand quilted many beautiful quilts and hand-work for the children and grandchildren.
She is survived by her children, Barbara Morgan of Cedar City, Utah: Carolyn (John) Wainwright of Grand Junction, Colorado; Robert L (Kaye) Pace of Vancouver, Washington; and Patticia (Dellas) Imlay of Cedar City, Utah; 16 grandchildren and 21 great grandchildren and one great great grandchild. and a sister; Mrs Bertah Mathoney of Sierra Vista, Arizona.
Funeral Services will be held Monday April 15, 1996 at 11:00 a.m. in the New Harmony LDS Ward Chapel. Friends may call Sunday Evening from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the Southern Utah Mortuary in Cedar City, Utah and Monday morning one hour prior to services in the New Harmony LDS Church.
Interment will be in the Cedar City Cemetery.
