MRS. MAUDIE MAE SHARP

Funeral services for Mrs. Maudie Mae Sharp, 56, of Route Eight of Laurel will be held Sunday at 2 PM from Memory Chapel with the Rev. Vernon Boykin officiating. Interment will be in the Whitehouse Cemetery in Wayne County.

Mrs. Sharp died unexpectedly Friday morning at Jones County Community Hospital. She was a nurse's aid at Ellisville State School and a native of Wayne County.

She was proceeded in death by her son. Johnny R. Brewer in 1977.

Survivors include one son, Ellis M. Brewer of Laurel; three daughters, Mrs. Donnie (Mary Mae) Stringer of Bay Springs; Mrs. Darrel (Trissie) Stringer, Bay Springs; Mrs. Mitchell (Cynthia) Blakeney, Laurel: her father, John T. Harrison of Ovett; four grandchildren; two brothers. Anthony Harrison of Laurel; Johnnie E. Harrison of Ovett; four sisters; Mrs. Robert (Myrtle) Dew of Laurel; Mrs. Charles (Violet) Caldwell of Laurel; Mrs. Jimmie (Inez) Tullos of Laurel: Mrs. Charles (Gladys) Blakeney, Laurel.

Pallbearers will be Sherman Harrison, Troy Harrison, Billy Langley, Keith Holifield Adolph Stringer Jr. and William Buckley.

Memory Chapel Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
