Ida Lucille Adams, 91, of Burnet, Texas, passed away Saturday, Jan. 5, 2019. She was born to Myron P. Hahn and Ida Shelburn Hahn in the Bethel Community of Burnet, Texas, and she remained in the vicinity all her life. Lucille was an active member of the community. She was initiated into the Order of the Eastern Star as a member on December 11, 1945 at Burnet OES Chapter 425. A member for 73 years, she was awarded her 50 year certificate in 1995 and has been an endowed member since 2005. She was a 50-year lifelong member of the Bethel Home Demonstration Club as well as a member of the Jane Wells Woods Chapter of the Daughters of the Republic of Texas.

Lucille was preceded in death by her husband, Waite Hoyt Adams; her son, Michael Hoyt Adams; and sisters, Marie Evans and Audrey Smith. She leaves behind to cherish her memory a son, Bill Adams and wife Valerie; daughter, Debbie Meyer and husband Mike; grandchildren, Shawn Adams and wife Ginger; Daniel Adams and wife Sylvia, Ashley Mayers and husband Taylor, and Amy Uglietta and husband Chris. Also surviving are eight greatgrandchildren and her sister, Lois Bowmer.
