Daniel Aberth, 95, passed away May 26, 2000, in Venice, Fla.

He was born in Alsace Lorraine, Germany, and came to this country as a young boy. He was a baker by trade, and worked at City Bakery and the Firestone Rubber Co. cafeteria, and at Aberth Bakery in New Philadelphia, Ohio. He moved to Venice, Fla., in the early '60s. where he worked as a baker for the Publix Food Co. He was an avid golfer and bowler.

Preceded in death by his parents, George and Rosina Aberth; brothers, Albert and Herman; stepbrothers, George, Fritz, Henry, Martin and Phillip; and stepsisters, Selma Baine, Dora Fuss, and Caroline Millemann, he is survived by many nieces and nephews.

Following cremation, his ashes are to be cast on the Gulf of Mexico.
