Claudie Doug Ammons 68 of 320 Seven Eagles Lane died Saturday morning January 12, 2019 at Kitty Askins Hospice in Goldsboro.

Doug was born in Sampson County in 1950 to late Elmer and Hazel Carter Ammons.

Funeral Service will be held 5:00 pm Monday January 14, 2019 at Holly Grove Holiness Church by Rev. Dr. Randy Simmons officiating burial will follow in the Old Holly Grove Cemetery on Indiantown Road.

Doug leaves to cherish his memories:

Son: Marvin Ammons of the home

Daughters: Charlene Ammons of Florida and Janet Jordan and husband Dewayne of Fayetteville.

Brothers: Dexter Ammons and wife Landis of Clinton, Elvis Ammons and wife Debbie of Clinton and Robert Wayne Ammons of Clinton.

Sisters: Frances Simmons and husband Sammy of Clinton and Vickie Powell and husband Cravey of Faison and a special friend Jenny Wallace of Clinton.

3 Grandchildren and 6 Great-Grandchildren

The family will receive friend 4:00 pm until 5:00pm Monday January 14, 2019 at Holly Grove Holiness Church and other times at 100 Julius Lane Clinton
