On Saturday, January 12, 2019, Dorothy Mae Kerr of Columbia, MD. Loving mother of Glenn A. Shillingburg, L. Keith Stephenson, Sr., L. Beth Moore and her husband Wyatt and the late Robert L. Shillingburg. She is also survived by 7 Grandchildren, several great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Mrs. Kerr was preceeded in death by all of her siblings.
