Services To Be Held Wednesday Morning
Funeral services for Curry Richard Buckingham, 66, who died in Chowchilla yesterday as a result of a heart attack will be held tomorrow morning at 10 o'clock from the Catholic church. Rosary will be said tonight at 8 o'clock at the Madera Funeral Home chapel. Interment will follow in the Calvary cemetery. A native of Kentucky, he has resided in Chowchilla for the past 15 years where he has been custodian at the Chowchilla city hall. He was a member of the Holy Name Society of the Chowchilla 1 Catholic church. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Birdie Jane Buckingham; eight children, L. M. Buckingham of Modesto, Mrs. Irene Purcell of Redding, J. C. Buckingham of Los Angeles, U. S. Buckingham of Modesto, Leon Buckingham of Chowchilla, Mrs. Ruth Mayfield of Woodland, Julian F. Buckingham of Chowchilla and Francis B. Buckingham of Chowchilla; 11 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
