Christopher was born to Robert and Chrystele Bomberger Botsford. He came to McCook in 2000 where he graduated from McCook Senior High School in 2005. He was employed by Pizza Hut before working for Parker Hannifin in 2006 where he was employed at the time of his death. He was a member of the United States Army Reserve and a holder of the Black Belt from Botsfords Tae Kwon Do and Martial Arts School in McCook. Christopher died from injuries sustained in a motor vehicle accident at age 20.
