Johnnie Trammell
PEARLAND — Johnnie Ruff Harrell Trammell, 88, native of Hunt County, died May 25, 2007, at her residence in Webster.
She was born Oct. 7, 1918, in Ravenna, daughter of Wilburn Lee and Maggie Nolia (Rosson) Ruff. She married Ray Harrell on Jan. 18, 1937; he preceded her in death. She married George Trammell on Aug. 26,1983; and he also preceded her in death.
Mrs. Trammell is survived by one daughter, Gena Forsyth and husband Jimmy of Friendswood; granddaughters Theresa Willis and husband Sam of Las Vegas, Nev., and Shari Curtis Brown and husband Jimmy of Pearland; great-grandchildren Ryan Knight and wife Holly, Nathan McDonald, Kaliegh McDonald, Hunter Curtis, Dylan Curtis, Presli Curtis, Samantha Willis, Sydney Willis and Peyton Brown; one great-great-granddaughter, Ava Knight; one brother, Billy Ray Ruff and wife Jimmie of Denison; and one sister, Lula Faye Barnhart and husband Ray of Dallas.
In addition to her husbands, she was preceded in death by her parents, several brothers and sisters and one son, Henry Wilburn Harrell.
Memorial services are pending. South Park Funeral Home and Cemetery in Pearland is in charge of arrangements.
