Annie Chisholm was the eldest daughter of George & Marjorie/Marcella (Coller) Chisholm, who were of Scotch and Irish ancestry respectively. Her father was a blacksmith. She had younger siblings: Wesley Angus, Hattie B. and Willie D.
She emigrated in 1898 from Nova Scotia, lived with the Crocker family in the 1900 census. She married Thomas Crocker on 01 Oct 1917. They owned their home in Boston where he was a clerk. Her widowed sister Hattie B. Staples and her daughter Ruth lived with them in the 1920s-30s.
