St. George
Barbara "grandma" passed away peacefully from natural causes early Sunday morning, November 27, 2016. She was born June 19, 1930 to John Riggs Littlefield and Eva Barlow in Provo, Utah. Where she loved to dance, and see picture shows. She worked at the local movie theater as an usher. It was there she ushered her future sweetheart and best friend to his theater seat. It was love at first sight. They both knew immediately that each was "the one." They were married on August 5, 1948 and later sealed for time and all eternity in the Salt Lake City, UT LDS temple on August 19, 1955 and spent a wonderful 68 years together.
She served in many capacities in the LDS church and took serving others as a way to live. Many were touched by her love and kindness with the delivery of homemade treats and lemon, zucchini or Amish bread. She taught many by her caring and exemplary example. All who knew her -loved her.
She is preceded in death by her parents, 3 brothers, 1 sister and 2 grandchildren. She is Survived by 1 sister Beth Littlefield (the late William) Nesbit and 1 brother Kenneth (Marlene) Littlefield, as well as her husband; Richard Kay Kendall; their children -Cheryl (Rick) Adams {St. George, UT}; John (Arlene) Kendall {St. George, UT}; David (Paige) Kendall {St. Louis, MO}; Susan (Dennis) Beebe {St. George, UT}; 14 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren.

Bluff St, St. George, UT on Thursday, Dec 1st from 5-7 pm and in Orem, Utah on Saturday, Dec 3rd Viewing from 9:30am to 10:30am with Funeral Services 11am at LDS Hillcrest 3rd Ward Chapel, 1450 S. 800 E., Orem, UT. Interment at the Orem Cemetery.
