Obituaries
Mrs. Bertie Irene Mauldin Owens, age 100, of Dawsonville, GA, passed away Thursday, March 12, 2009. She was a member of Mt. Tabor Baptist Church.
Survivors include sons and daughters-in-law, Gene A. and Martha E. Mauldin of Dawsonville and Ray and Ruthell Mauldin of Ball Ground; grandchildren, Miles Mauldin of Dawsonville, Brian and Vonda Mauldin of Holly Springs and Jennifer Mauldin of Ball Ground; 2 great grandchildren, Rachel and Gus Mauldin; several nieces, nephews and other relatives also survive.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, March 14, 2009 at 2:00 p.m. in the Ingram Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Tony Holtzclaw and Rev. Monroe Gunter officiating. Interment will follow at Mica Baptist Church Cemetery in Ball Ground. The family will receive friends Friday, March 13, 2009 from 12:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m.
