Mr. Curtis Lee Bevins, 71, of Holden, WV. died Tuesday December 18, 2018 at the Logan Regional Hospital.

He was born in Elk Creek, WV; the son of the lat Ernest and Marie Hunt Bevins. He was also preceded in death by his grandparents, Vicie and Joseph Hunt who raised him; son-in-law, Art McCoy; sister, Judy Flowers; uncle Wayne Hunt and wife Imogene Hunt; grandchildren, Emily and Daniel Ooten and Frankie Gillman, Jr,\., and Faith Miracle Gillman.

He was a former Truck Driver from Tramco Mining Company. He was also a Veteran of the U.S. Army having served in the Vietnam War. He was a faithful member of the Matewan Church of God. Hand his wife Mary had a gospel group for many years called the Sounds of Pentecost.

He was the husband for 32 years to his wife Mary Elizabeth Bevins.
