Born on October 10, 1956, in Glens Falls, she was the daughter of the late Bruno and Helen (Patten) Mandolare.
She was a 1975 graduate of Fort Edward High School.
Carol in previous years worked at Fort Hudson Nursing Home in Fort Edward as a dietary aide and at St. Joseph’s Church School as a teacher.
She was a lifelong communicant of St. Joseph’s Church in Fort Edward.
Carol enjoyed singing, debating and talking to her friends and family on the phone. She had a huge heart and would do anything for anyone.
In addition to her parents, Carol was predeceased by her infant brother, Phillip Mandolare who passed in 1944.
Left to cherish her memory includes her children, Kellianne (Dan) Barrett and Kimberly (David) Moss; her grandchildren, Ethan and Reagan Barrett, Cheyenne and Madison Gaiser; her brother, Michael (Cyndi) Mandolare; her favorite nephew, Derek Starke; and her good friends, Sue and Wanda.
Burial will be private and at the convenience of the family.
