Funeral services for Mrs. Nancy Elizabeth Dudgeon, 47 years of age, were held from the Robinson Creek Baptist Church at 2 o'clock Saturday with the Rev. Raymond Long and Rev. Ralph Boots. Burial was in Memorial Gardens. Mrs. Dudgeon, a native of Russell County, was the daughter of the late A. B. Dicken and Cora Reeder Dicken. She was a member of the Robinson Creek Baptist Church. She had been in ill health for some time and death came Wednesday evening, May 1 at the Lady of Peace Hospital in Louisville. Surviving are her husband, Route 1, and three children: Joe Dudgeon, Route 1; Mrs. Mae Caulk, Louisville; and Gordon Dudgeon, Route 5. She also leaves two brothers and a sister: Homer Dicken, Route 2; Carson Dicken, Louisville and Mrs. Cecil Barnett, Route 1. The pallbearers were: Henry Lewis, Howard Lewis, Bill Bryant, Tom Clark, Raymond Lewis, and Robert Smith.
