Born June 8, 1930 in Salt Lake City, Utah, to Noah Kenyon and Ella Marie Zumwalt. Married Lennis Gale Page June 9, 1948. Lennis passed away November 24, 1969. She later married Jack Christian Webb on June 26, 1971. Jack passed away on July 15, 2003.
Rosemarie attended schools in the Salt Lake City area, graduating at age 17 from South High School.
After graduation, she worked at Mountain Bell prior to having her family.
Rosemarie was an accomplished artist, and used her talents while raising her family. She created and directed award winning road shows for Madison Ward during the 1960's and 1970's. She was proud of her contribution as a Cubmaster during the 1980's. In her later years she loved teaching an exercise class for the Sandy Senior Center. Her artistic legacy includes an oil painting for each of her children.
Rosemarie's long work history includes 10 years of service, retiring from American Excelsior Company.
She is survived by her children Kenneth (Kayla) Webb, Vickie (Jay) Smith, Shelly (Wade Bills), Kelly (Mary Jo) Page, Tammy (Bob) Stevens, and Dirk (Lee) Webb. Rosemarie has 16 grandchildren, 28 great grandchildren, and 2 great, great grandchildren. Her most precious time was spent with her family, and her greatest wish was to be with them until the very end.
Her family is very grateful to the kind and loving service provided by Sagewood staff and Comfort Workx Hospice in her final days.
A celebration of her life will be held on Friday, March 30, 2018 from 6:00 - 8:00 PM at Starks Funeral Parlor, 3651 S. 900 E., Salt Lake City. A Celebratory Service will be held on Saturday, March 31 at 10:00 AM also at Starks Funeral Parlor. Interment to follow at Elysian Burial Gardens, 1075 E 4580 S, Salt Lake City.
