Donnie was born July 15, 1938 to Cap and Nettie Annie (Thomas) Isom. He grew up in Ellis County and attended school in Ennis. He lived in Arlington for many years and in Killeen for the past five years.
He was a barber in his own shop. He was a member of the Moose Lodge of Arlington and Killeen. He enjoyed old Western Movies.
Graveside services will take place on Saturday, December 15, 2018 at 2 p.m. in Myrtle Cemetery under the direction of J.E. Keever Mortuary, Inc.
