Helen M. Morgart, age 77, of Kouts, IN, passed away Thursday, May 24, 2007 at the VNA Horton Hospice Center. She was born March 31, 1930 in Fishertown, PA to Willard and Vinie (Rieninger) Adams. Helen had been a nurse at Porter Memorial Hospital and was a member of First Presbyterian Church in Kouts where she served as the organist. On May 16, 1953 in Johnstown, PA she married Fred W. Morgart who survives along with two sons: Dennis (Barbara) Morgart of Topeka, KS and John (Patricia) Morgart of Kouts; five grandchildren: Arianna, Brenna, Reid, Matthew and Timothy; one brother Donald Adams of Maryland. She was preceded in death by her parents; one brother Clark; and two sisters: Janet and Jean. Funeral services will be held on Monday, May 28, 2007 at 10:30 a.m. at First Presbyterian Church in Kouts, Pastor Ed Fabrici officiating with burial to follow at Graceland Cemetery in Kouts. Visitation will be Sunday 2-6 p.m. at Kosanke Funeral Home, 105 E. Indiana Ave., Kouts. kosankefuneralhome.com.
