Hyattsville, Md. - John G. Foy Jr., 67, died unexpectedly Saturday in his automobile of an apparent heart attack. A son of the late John G. Sr. and Belle Fickling Foy, he was born in Springfield, S.C. and was a retired employee of The Washington Post. Funeral services will be Wednesday at 2 p.m. in St. Andrew's Episcopal Church in Hyattsville with burial in Fort Lincoln Cemetery in Washington, D.C. Surviving are his widow, Mrs. Della Ward Foy; a son, John G. Foy III of the U.S. Marine Corps in Hawaii; four daughters, Mrs. Patricia Yates, Mrs Sharon Rich Jr. and Mrs. Nancy Middleton of Washington, D.C., and Mrs. Beverly Cullers of Annapolis; three sisters, Mrs. A. D. Cannon of Fountain Inn, S.C., Mrs. R. A. Hudgens of Greenville, S.C., and Mrs. Wyman Best of Columbia, S.C.; and two brothers, P. W. Foy of Springfield and E. F. Foy of Washington.
