Funeral services for Allen Michael Huckaby, 24, of Crowley were be held at 1:30 p.m. Friday, May 25, 2007 at First Baptist Church in Crowley.
Officiating the service was the Reverend Roger Tarver, pastor. Mr. Huckaby died at 11:15 p.m. Monday, May 21, 2007, at his residence.
Visitation was observed from 11 a.m. until 10 p.m. Thursday, May 24, 2007, and again from 8 a.m. until service time Friday. Interment is in Woodlawn Cemetery in Crowley.
Survivors include his wife, Mandy Carrillo Huckaby, two daughters, Madison and Tearsa Huckaby, two sons, Allen and Brandon Huckaby, all of Crowley; his father, Mark Huckaby and his sister, Skyla Huckaby, both of Wink, TX; two brothers, Justin Huckaby of Biloxi, MS and Christopher Mark Huckaby of Missouri; his maternal grandmother, Joyce Cormier of Crowley; his paternal grandmother, Jimmie Lou Walsworth and her husband, Garland, both of Jonesboro, LA.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Penny Huckaby, his maternal grandfather, E.J. Cormier, and his paternal grandfather, Carl Huckaby.
