She was born May 7, 1934, in Pike County Ky. She moved from Lorain to Oklahoma a year ago and had lived in Morgantown, W.Va., as a child. Mrs. Flagle-Gaddy was employed at the former Bob's Doughnuts in Lorain for many years, and then worked at the former Lorain Toy Co. She was a member of Elyria Baptist Church and enjoyed sewing and country and Christian music. Survivors include her daughter, Josephine Flagle of Lorain; sons William Flagle of Commerce, Okla., and Andre Flagle of Chicago, Ill.; and 11 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren and nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Edward Russell Flagle; second husband, Joseph Gaddy; her parents, Noah and Drucy (nee Blair) Chapman; and five brothers and three sisters. Friends may call Wednesday from 10 a.m. until time of service at 11 a.m. at Dovin Funeral Home, 2701 Elyria Ave., Lorain. Burial will follow in Ridge Hill Memorial Park, Amherst Township.
