Reita was a longtime resident of Rhea County, and a member or the Corvin Road Baptist Church. She loves to sing at church, and sew.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Cyrus C. Barger, four sisters, and one brother.
Surviving are daughter, Diane (Tony) Knox of Graysville, two sons, Paul (Brenda) Barger of Bradenton, Florida, and Larry Barger of Graysville. She is also survived by one sister, Edna Sims of Redbank, Tennessee. Also, John Rawlston of Sale Creek, eight grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
