Barbara Jean Wroten, 62, of Wisteria Drive, a homemaker and retired nurse, died of an anaphalactic reaction Monday at Methodist Medical Center.
Services are 10 a.m. today at St. Therese Catholic Church with burial in Lakewood Memorial Park. Baldwin-Lee Funeral Home is handling arrangements.
Mrs. Wroten, a Bay Springs native, was a former resident of Illinois. She had lived in Jackson 42 years. She had retired from Hinds General Hospital, now Methodist Medical Center. She was a parishioner of St. Therese Catholic Church.
Survivors include: husband, Bruce D.; sons, Robin Wroten of Jackson and Nikki B. Wroten of Jackson; brother, Stoney Ainsworth of Jackson; and two grandchildren.
