Born in Jersey City, Tricia was a lifelong resident of the Lake Hiawatha section of Parsippany.
She earned her degree nursing from Morris County College. She was a registered nurse and had worked at St. Clare's Hospital, serving in Denville, Boonton Township and most recently in Dover.
Tricia was preceded in death by her mother, Carol Ann Dragone (nee Colombo). She is survived by her loving husband of 27 years, Mario C. Abrantes; her two children, Gina Abrantes and Mario Abrantes of Lake Hiawatha; her father, Pasquale Dragone of Lake Hiawatha; her sister, Annette Pacelli and her husband Richard of North Caldwell; and her niece and nephews, Gionna and Richard Pacelli and Anthony and Timothy Abrantes. She will also be missed by her dog "Mister."
Relatives and friends are invited to call Sunday, April 10, 2-4 & 7-9pm at S.J. Priola Parsippany Funeral Service, 60 North Beverwyck Rd., Lake Hiawatha (973-335-4700). The Funeral Mass will be celebrated Monday, April 11, 9:30am at St. Peter the Apostle Roman Catholic Church, Parsippany. Entombment will follow at Gate of Heaven Chapel Mausoleum, East Hanover.
