Leo H. Hogan was born in Old North St. Louis to the late Joe and Rose Hogan on December 8th, 1933. He attended Sacred Heart Grade School where he was very active and its parish community was his home. He graduated from Central High School in 1953 where he excelled at playing basketball. He served his country honorably during the Korean War in the US Army, stationed in Fairbanks, Alaska. After his service he joined the Bakers Union and worked for Pfeifer Party Pastries in Clayton.

Preceded in death by his parents Joseph J and Rose E Hogan nee Grimler, his sister Gloria Hogan and his brothers Richard, James (Deloris), and Thomas (Anna) Hogan.

Leo was interred on November 19, 2018.
