Beloved father of Donald James 'Jim' (Mary) and the late Ronald Dale Adams.
Dear grandfather of Michael James and Samuel James Adams; dear step-father of the late Bob Girardier; dear brother of Mary Ann (Neil) Surman and the late Benjamin Joseph and Frank Charles Adams; former husband of Mary Jo Waldorf; dear uncle and friend to many.
Mr. Adams was a retired St. Louis City Police Officer, he also was a 50 year member of Meridian Masonic Lodge #2, long-time member of Festus Elks Lodge and served his country in the U.S. Marine Corps.
Don spent the last 18 years enjoying retirement, living at the Lake of the Ozarks.
Services: Funeral from KUTIS AFFTON Chapel, 10151 Gravois, Wednesday, May 23, 10:30 a.m. Interment Oak Hill Cemetery.
