Sandra Barlow Kirby, 70, of Granite Falls, went home to be with her Lord and Savior Saturday, Nov. 10, 2018, at Caldwell Hospice and Palliative Care in Hudson.
She was born Feb. 18, 1948, in Iredell County to the late Clate Barlow and Caroline Wilkinson Barlow.
Mrs. Kirby was an X-Ray Tech and retired from Carolina Medical Center Valdese.
In addition to her parents, Mrs. Kirby was preceded in death by her daughter, Elizabeth Taylor.
The family will receive friends Friday, Nov. 16, from 1 to 2 p.m., at Philadelphia Lutheran Church in Granite Falls. The funeral service will follow at 2 p.m., officiated by Pastor Dan Duke. Burial will be in Sunset Hills Cemetery.
