He was preceded in death by his sister Carolyn Latham formerly of Bryans Road, MD.
A graveside service will be held on Monday December 21st at Immaculate Heart of Mary Cemetery at 10:00 a.m. Condolences to the family may be sent to 22003 Park Drive, California, MD 20619.
