Grace was an active member and leader of Embry Hills United Methodist Church and member of North Georgia Conference of the United Methodist Church. She is survived by her husband of 71 years, James Hughes Lowry, Sr. and her six children, Dr. James Hughes Lowry, wife Diane Kilbourne Lowry; Dr. Linda Lee Lowry Settle, husband Carl Settle; Jack Bryan Lowry, wife Dana Hunt Lowry; Reverend William Douglas Lowry, wife Becky Reeves Lowry; Reverend Janeese Elizabeth Lowry Spencer, husband Dr. Lester Spencer, Jr.; David Charles Lowry, wife Lori Sniscak Lowry. Grandchildren, Shannon Lea Lowry; Rebecca Joy Lowry Cainion, husband Chris Cainion; Charles Oliver Settle, wife Kui Settle; Jack Bryan Lowry, Jr., wife Katie Lowry; Dana Marie Lowry; Lester Harden Spencer, III; Ciara Grace Spencer; Joshua Lowry Spencer.
