Wife of William (Bill) Carter. Mother of Scott (Beverly) Carter, Christina (Shelden) Wolf, Terri (Doug) Flamm, Becky (Dean) Lewis and Cindy Gorth. Grandmother of Adam (Jennifer) Wolf, Tyler Carter, Carissa Gorth, Alex (Carolynn) Lewis, Kelly Wolf, Taylor Carter, Asllee Lewis, Lann Flamm, Flam, Luke Wolf, Lexi Wolf and Dylan Wolf. Proceded by death by her sisters: Irene McAlister and Pat Dozer. Linda, a life resident of Moscow, Oh. for over 50 years, She served as Co-chairman on the Moscow Historical Society, was Vice Mayor of Moscow. She was loved by many, and will be missed by all.
